Thunderstorms often roll in here late in the day. We were out in the backyard playing after one storm and this rainbow appeared right above our house. I know the picture didn't quite capture its brilliance but it was pretty breathtaking.
The girls quickly jumped on their bikes and decided they were going to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Unfortunately the rainbow didn't last long as the clouds appeared. We biked around the whole neighborhood looking for the riches but no luck! I find it interesting how kids know all these things, like pots of gold at the end of the rainbow. I know I never told them that, must be all this informative TV they watch.
