its true what they say about classical music. sophia tuned her clock radio to a classical station while the girls were playing and we finally had peace in the house. independent, quiet playing. think the music will stay. you should try it.

I used to play classical music softly when my students were coming into class. I do believe it really calms and settles them down.
So funny you mention this b/c we've been doing the same thing here! I went to a performance with a cellist from the Melbourne Symphony Orhcestra on Monday and ever since then, I've been playing classical music all the time - it is so soothing and creates an air of peace amidst the chaos.
