here's the link to our house listing for those of you that have never seen it. we're heading back North if you haven't heard. hoping to find a house in Saratoga Springs again or nearby. 2 showings so far last one went well so we may be up there for the snow even. the market is bad though so i'm just hoping we're there by the time sophia has to start kindergarten.

Yeh! It will be nice to see you guys again. I have to warn you... Carson is a bit of a ladies man! I am headed to FL in Dec. Pat is there already. Boynton beach/ Boca area this time. If you need to come to the Spa to look at houses, ours will be open. We finished the basement with 2 more bedrooms, and a full bath. So there is plenty of room. Congrats on your race! Keep in touch!
